Her favorite hair-metal band Snakehammer is going to be in Saskatoon that night! She realizes that her sister, “that painted ho” as Cookie affectionately calls her, has never missed a Snakehammer show. If Cookie goes to the concert, she will be reunited with the sister she hasn’t seen since they went into witness protection. Jimmy finds out from McCool that Cuban cigars are legal in Canada. Jimmy and Cheech head downtown to a Cuban cigar bar and spend the afternoon smoking and drinking. They’re gone so long that by the time they stagger home (without the family car), Cookie has missed the concert AND her chance to see her sister. Cookie kicks Jimmy out of the house.
